Project Overview

  • Create master test plans, define quality assurance parameters, and establish testing strategies aligned with project and business goals.
  • Develop and execute detailed manual and automated test scripts, test cases, and functional, regression, performance, and integration tests.
  • Build, maintain, and integrate automated test frameworks and scripts into continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Identify, log, track, and troubleshoot software defects using bug-tracking tools and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Work closely with software developers, business analysts and stakeholders to ensure smooth product releases.
  • Recommend standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards to improve team efficiency.

  • Dedicated software testing experience.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language and SQL for database validation
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, API testing tools, and performance tools
  • Experience in using requirements traceability matrices to verify that all required components are fully tested and delivered.
  • Strong critical thinking, root-cause analysis, and communication to explain technical flaws to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preferred Education: 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study.
  • Technical & Automation Skills
  • Analytical & Testing Mindset
  • Certified Software Testing Professional (CSTE) required.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps preferred.
  • Experience with Copado preferred.
  • Experience with .Net preferred.
  • Experience with Web UI Automation (i.e. Playwright)
  • Experience with API & Contract Testing (i.e. Postman, SoapUI)
  • Experience with Performance & Load Testing
