AI Growth Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of an AI Growth Engineer for a remote contract role through the end of the year.

Summary:
Our client is seeking an AI Growth Engineer to help drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative AI-powered solutions. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, artificial intelligence, analytics, and growth marketing, partnering with cross-functional teams to build scalable systems that improve marketing effectiveness and business performance.

Responsibilities:
* AI Growth Engineer will design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that enhance marketing performance and customer growth
* Develop machine learning and generative AI applications for personalization, segmentation, lead scoring, and marketing automation
* Partner with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Growth teams to identify and implement high-impact opportunities
* Build and maintain data pipelines that enable predictive analytics and marketing insights
* Design and optimize experimentation frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness and customer behavior
* As an AI Growth Engineer, you will evaluate, integrate, and operationalize AI technologies that improve acquisition, conversion, retention, and engagement
* Deliver automated insights and predictive models that support business decision-making

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, AI development, or data engineering
* Experience building and deploying production AI, ML, or generative AI solutions
* Experience working with marketing, growth, analytics, personalization, or customer data platforms
* Strong proficiency with Python, SQL, APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform)
* Strong collaboration and communication skills
* Ability to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic AI frameworks
* Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, attribution, and growth analytics
* Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CDPs, and CRM ecosystems
* Experience building AI-driven customer engagement or marketing solutions
* Background supporting SaaS or subscription-based businesses

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
