Strong experience in Salesforce Administration and Development
Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components
Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience
Experience with Flow Builder, Workflow Rules, Process Builder
Knowledge of Salesforce security model (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets)
Experience with Data Loader and data migration
Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs
Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Experience in reports and dashboards creation
