Job Description Everforth ECS is seeking an Infrastructure Management-UC Administrator - Senior to work in Fairfax, Virginia. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities - Administer unified communications platforms to support voice, video, and collaboration services across enterprise environments.
- Manage secure communications infrastructure and configure call routing and conferencing systems.
- Integrate directories and perform platform updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor service availability and performance, implementing security baselines to maintain compliance.
- Coordinate with network and hosting teams to resolve outages and maintain service reliability.
- Provide operational reporting and technical oversight to ensure resilient and mission-ready communications.
- Implement security hardening standards to protect communications infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity and configuration management requirements.
Required Skills Required Qualifications - Clearance: Secret Eligible required
- S. Citizenship required
- DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 451-System Administrator at the Advanced proficiency level
- Certifications (one or more required): SecurityX / CASP+, CCNP Security, CCSP, FITSP-O, GFACT
- Education: Masters or Ph.D in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in supporting enterprise unified communications within DoD or Federal networks.
- Demonstrated expertise in administering voice, video, and collaboration platforms.
- Experience in monitoring and ensuring service availability and performance.
- Proven ability to coordinate outage resolution activities effectively.
Desired Skills Desired Qualifications - Clearance: Active Secret preferred
- Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity and configuration management standards.
- Experience with classified and unclassified network operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SIPRNet operations and mobilization readiness support.
