Pay Range: $70/hr - $74/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Note; This role is also open for Parsippany, NJ.
- Business Management & Process Optimization
- Workflow Streamlining: Analyze, document, and improve business processes and workflows to eliminate inefficiencies across departments.
- Performance Metrics (KPIs): Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and data integrity.
- Budget Oversight: Manage department budgets, forecast expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Project Management (IT Focus)
- Program and Project Governance and Reporting : Own and Drive governance and oversight across Corporate Technology
- Project Leadership: Own the delivery of cross-functional internal initiatives, including IT implementations, system upgrades, and tool migrations.
- Roadmap Management: Define project scope, milestones, dependencies, and timelines, acting as a liaison between IT, engineering, and business units.
- Change Management: Drive adoption of new technologies and workflows through training, documentation, and user support.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential operational risks and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity as well as escalate to senior leadership as necessary.
- Strategic & Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to align tools and processes with organizational goals.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure that all processes and IT systems adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and data privacy policies.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; IT Project/Program Management (PMO)
- Project Governance, Reporting & Portfolio Management
- Business Operations & Process Optimization
- Power BI, Excel, KPI Reporting & Data Analytics
- Change Management & Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management
- Experience: 5+ years in Business Operations, Product Operations, or IT Project Management at a high-growth company.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with project planning tools and excel.
- Data Analysis: Ability to interpret data, build dashboards (Power BI), and use analytics to guide decisions.
- Project Methodologies: Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Leadership: Strong communication, change management, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
