Our client is a leading Fortune 100 telecommunications and connectivity organization focused on modernizing enterprise platforms through advanced cloud and artificial intelligence initiatives. As part of a strategic AI enrichment program, the organization is building a scalable agentic AI platform that will enhance business workflows across multiple departments and drive intelligent automation at enterprise scale.

Rate: $90.00 to $100.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions and intelligent workflow automation platforms.
  • Build proof-of-concept and production-ready AI pipelines leveraging AWS Agent Core and modern agent-based architectures.
  • Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks to support scalable enterprise knowledge retrieval and AI-driven decision-making.
  • Define architectural standards, patterns, and best practices for AI agents, orchestration workflows, vector search, and enterprise data integration.
  • Evaluate and recommend cloud platform strategies across AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and other emerging AI ecosystem technologies.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable AI solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with prototyping, pipeline development, and solution implementation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven process optimization and workflow enrichment.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, including customer-facing discussions and executive-level presentations.
  • Support enterprise adoption of AI capabilities through architecture reviews, technology assessments, and implementation guidance.

Experience Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture, software engineering, data platforms, or related technical fields.
  • Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise AI/ML solutions in large-scale environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS Agent Core and building Agentic AI frameworks, workflows, and orchestration pipelines.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and scaling Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures in enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop proof-of-concept solutions and transition them into scalable production platforms.
  • Experience evaluating or implementing cloud-native AI solutions across AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
  • Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration patterns.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and data ecosystems.
  • Prior experience serving in an Architect, Principal Engineer, or similar technical leadership role.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business audiences.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building internal AI platforms or AI Centers of Excellence.
  • Knowledge of AI governance, security, scalability, and operational best practices.
  • Experience with modern AI frameworks, agent orchestration tools, and vector search technologies.
  • Telecommunications or large enterprise experience is a plus.

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Relevant cloud and AI certifications are highly desirable.
