Job Title: SFDC Business Analyst

Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)

Job Overview

 

Key Responsibilities

 
  • Run discovery workshops and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for MDM domains (Customer, Account, Contact, Product)
  • Define golden record attributes, match/merge and survivorship business rules, hierarchies, and source-to-target mappings
  • Design end-to-end data stewardship workflows, steward roles, SLAs, and governance policies
  • Analyse Salesforce CRM data model and identify data quality issues; define rules for syncing golden records back to Salesforce
  • Act as the primary onshore functional contact for business sponsors and data stewards
  • Coordinate with offshore MDM, CDI, DQ, and QA teams via regular overlap calls

Required Skills

 
  • 3+ years as a Business Analyst on MDM programs including golden record, match/merge, survivorship, and source-to-target mapping
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM data model: Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, account hierarchies, custom objects
  • Hands-on experience designing data stewardship workflows, RACI models, and governance policies
  • Proficiency in BRDs, functional specs, user stories, process flows (BPMN/Visio), and data dictionaries
  • Good SQL skills for data analysis and validation
  • Experience working with offshore delivery teams and leading UAT with business users
  • Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

 
  • Informatica MDM SaaS experience (strongly preferred)
  • Exposure to Informatica Customer 360 / Business 360 and Cloud Data Quality
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud data (Customer, Supplier, Item)
  • Agile delivery with Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Salesforce Administrator certification; CBAP or equivalent BA certification

Location & Work Model

 

Onsite — San Jose, CA. This is a fully onsite role requiring presence at the client location.

Engagement Details

 

Full Time permanent position with benefits. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field required; MBA is a plus.
