Summary

ServiceNow Technical Lead

Location: Brooklyn, NY/ Great Neck, NY

Duration: 3 Years contract

Onsite Position

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – ServiceNow to provide technical leadership across complex ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and proven expertise delivering solutions across multiple modules, including Core, Workplace Service Delivery, Enterprise Asset Management, Field Service Management, Source-to-Pay Operations, and GRC. This role requires strong technical acumen, architectural thinking, and the ability to mentor teams while partnering closely with business and project leadership.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of ServiceNow experience, with hands-on technical leadership on enterprise-scale projects.
Strong experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, including Core, WSD, EAM, FSM, Source-to-Pay, and GRC.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, CMDB, workflows, Flow Designer, scripting (JavaScript), and security model.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations and data migration.
Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
