Sample Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sample Coordinator to support the daily operations of our creative studio and visual merchandising team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about organizational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize seasonal product samples for the creative studio and visual merchandising team.
• Track sample arrivals, maintain accurate records, and communicate any issues to relevant teams.
• Assemble and maintain sample racks and storage areas to ensure accessibility and organization.
• Support studio set preparation and maintain cleanliness and efficiency within the studio.
• Assist with seasonal projects and coordinate sample donations in collaboration with the visual merchandising team.
• Prioritize and manage tasks effectively to meet deadlines and support team objectives.

Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in retail, studio, or sample management is preferred.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in visual merchandising or creative studio operations.
• Strong sense of accountability and attention to detail, particularly regarding data accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
