Our client is an established, financially strong commercial construction organization with a growing presence in commercial interiors. Known for its work in acoustical ceilings, the company is expanding its drywall and framing operations as part of a broader growth strategy.

This is not a tenant improvement company, these are large scale commercial (ground up) projects.

Requirements
Experience as a Framing Superintendent, Drywall Superintendent, Commercial Construction Superintendent, or in a similar field leadership role with directly relevant trade experience.
Strong background overseeing commercial framing and drywall operations, particularly metal-stud and structural light-gauge framing.
Experience managing field crews and subcontractors on new-construction commercial projects.
Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements to guide field execution.
Experience coordinating with general contractors, project leadership, and other trades to maintain workflow and resolve field issues.
Ability to manage schedules, work sequencing, productivity, and coordination with subsequent interior finishing trades.
Commitment to enforcing jobsite safety standards and maintaining quality control throughout construction.
Experience with acoustical ceilings or broader commercial interiors work is a plus.
