Position: Business Development Manager or Business Development Executive Location: Austin, TX (Remote/Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Business Development Manager to expand our client base and strengthen relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, particularly in the staffing and recruitment industry, with a deep understanding of client acquisition, relationship management, and market trends in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, target, and acquire new clients in diverse industries to achieve revenue growth.
Develop and execute strategic business plans to generate leads and close new business opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pricing models.
Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Regularly communicate with clients to understand their staffing needs and business challenges.
Proactively identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
Resolve client issues promptly and professionally to maintain trust and satisfaction.
Collaboration and Strategy

Partner with recruitment teams to ensure the successful delivery of staffing solutions.
Work with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to attract new business.
Track and report on sales metrics, client feedback, and market insights to guide decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills

Experience: Strong business development experience, preferably within the staffing and recruitment industry.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of staffing services, industry standards, and client acquisition strategies in the USA market.
Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Client-focused: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and other sales-related software.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Established a network of contacts within industries such as IT, healthcare, finance, and manufacturing.
Familiarity with legal and compliance aspects of staffing in the USA.
