Product Manager to support a cross-functional product team by managing product backlogs, gathering business requirements, and partnering closely with engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. This role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
Primary Responsibilities: - Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with business objectives and customer needs
- Create epics, user stories, and detailed product requirements for development teams
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable work items for engineering teams
- Develop business cases and leverage qualitative and quantitative data to support product decisions
- Analyze customer and product data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams and provide regular project status updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Support A/B testing initiatives and use results to inform product enhancements
- Clearly communicate the value and purpose behind product initiatives through effective storytelling and presentations
Required Qualifications: - Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including backlog management and user story creation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
- Experience collecting, interpreting, and analyzing data to support business decisions
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to communicate product vision and articulate the "why" behind product decisions
Desired Qualifications: - Previous Product Management or Associate Product Management experience
- Strong data analysis skills
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and workflow efficiency
- Experience conducting A/B testing and interpreting experiment results
