Genesis10 is currently seeking a Data and Analytics Engineer for a remote position with a Renowned Healthcare Organization in Rochester, MN. This is a 5+ month contract opportunity. 100% Remote.
Compensation: $90.00 - 100.00 per hour, W2 This role is responsible for designing, building, and supporting a scalable data and analytics framework for the VOICE Program, which manages multiple ambient documentation and voice-enabled healthcare technologies. The ideal candidate will create a mature analytics capability to provide accurate, timely, and actionable insights to support operational management, executive reporting, and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities: - Design a user interface with executive-level views of standard metrics across all voice program products (i.e. adoption, utilization, efficiency, revenue cycle)
- Develop dashboards with 98%+ accuracy, with consistent definitions and clean data
- Ensure dashboards update in real time
- Create a clear design and user interface for operational and executive teams
Requirements: Technical Skills: - Advanced proficiency in SQL and data modeling experience
- Experience with Epic clarity tables and querying, with an understanding of UAL data
- Strong expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Proven ability to integrate and manage data from multiple sources
- Ability to manipulate data efficiently to achieve program goals
Analytical Skills: - Ability to define KPIs and translate business questions into measurable metrics
- Strong data validation and quality control processes
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
Visualization and UX Design: - Strong understanding of data visualization best practices
- Ability to design clean, intuitive views that require minimal explanation
- Experience building executive-ready dashboards
Soft Skills: - Skilled communication and alignment with stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- High level of curiosity and problem-solving mindset
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
