About the Role
We are looking for an experienced UX Designer / Information Architect with 8 to 12 years experience who can translate complex requirements into intuitive, usercentric experiences. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, researchers, designers, and developers to deliver highquality UX solutions at scale.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify business and user requirements
  • Conduct user and domain research to identify user needs and pain points
  • Create UX artifacts including personas, user journeys, workflows, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Design and present highfidelity prototypes for stakeholder reviews and developer handoff
  • Iterate designs based on user and stakeholder feedback
  • Maintain design consistency by leveraging UX pattern libraries and standards
  • Partner with UX leads, visual designers, and developers to ensure timely delivery
  • Guide teams on UX best practices within assigned projects
Required Skills & Experience
  • 6 10 years of hands-on experience as a UX Designer or Information Architect
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process, problemsolving, and execution
  • Expertise in Figma; familiarity with Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision
  • Experience with collaboration and whiteboarding tools such as FigJam and Lucid
  • Strong understanding of usability, interaction design, and information architecture
Behavioral Competencies
  • Impactful Communication: Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and vision
  • Collaboration: Proven experience working with crossfunctional teams
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive timelines
Other Preferences
  • Critical: Experience integrating AI tools into the design process
  • Critical: Understanding of designing UX for AIdriven products
  • Bachelor s degree in UX, Design, HCI, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in the life sciences domain is a plus
  • Exposure to accessibilityfocused design is desirable
