Summary

UX Designer / Information Architect (Mid Senior Level)

Location:- Dallas TX-Onsite role

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer / Information Architect with 8 to 12 years experience who can translate complex requirements into intuitive, usercentric experiences. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, researchers, designers, and developers to deliver highquality UX solutions at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify business and user requirements
Conduct user and domain research to identify user needs and pain points
Create UX artifacts including personas, user journeys, workflows, wireframes, and prototypes
Design and present highfidelity prototypes for stakeholder reviews and developer handoff
Iterate designs based on user and stakeholder feedback
Maintain design consistency by leveraging UX pattern libraries and standards
Partner with UX leads, visual designers, and developers to ensure timely delivery
Guide teams on UX best practices within assigned projects

Required Skills & Experience

6 10 years of hands-on experience as a UX Designer or Information Architect
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process, problemsolving, and execution
Expertise in Figma; familiarity with Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision
Experience with collaboration and whiteboarding tools such as FigJam and Lucid
Strong understanding of usability, interaction design, and information architecture

Behavioral Competencies

Impactful Communication: Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and vision
Collaboration: Proven experience working with crossfunctional teams
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive timelines

Other Preferences

Critical: Experience integrating AI tools into the design process
Critical: Understanding of designing UX for AIdriven products
Bachelor s degree in UX, Design, HCI, or a related field (preferred)
Experience in the life sciences domain is a plus
Exposure to accessibilityfocused design is desirable
