About the Role

In this contingent role, you will provide technical leadership on high-impact, large-scale initiatives within the Specialty Software Engineering domain. You will evaluate complex technical challenges, design forward-looking solutions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure high-quality, compliant deliverables.

You'll play a key role in building an end-to-end agentic framework within the Martech ecosystem-enabling fully connected marketing campaigns spanning assembly, activation, optimization, and measurement.
What You'll Do

• Lead technical consultations on complex engineering efforts with broad organizational impact.
• Analyze and solve multi-faceted technical challenges involving novel, ambiguous, or unprecedented factors.
• Develop architectural strategies and engineering approaches that advance agentic capabilities for Marketing Technology.
• Apply deep expertise across Python, APIs, microservices, machine learning, GenAI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Partner strategically with client teams to align requirements, ensure compliance, and drive program success.
• Design and build scalable components involving vector databases, LLM-based systems, orchestration layers, and intelligent agents.

Tech Stack & Domain Expertise

• Python development + automation
• Microservices architecture
• RESTful APIs and service orchestration
• Machine Learning, Generative AI, and LLM-based interfaces
• RAG frameworks and vector database technologies
• MongoDB or other NoSQL systems
• Agentic system design and architecture in Martech environments

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Specialty Software Engineering, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
• Proven expertise in Python development and automation.
• Experience building and deploying microservices.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB.
• Background in Python-based machine learning pipelines.
