Summary

Job Summary We are seeking a Technical Analyst to support API documentation and bridge communication between engineering, product, and business teams. This role focuses on understanding, documenting, and explaining API functionality while ensuring clarity for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong API knowledge, code literacy, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Create comprehensive API documentation including functionality, inputs, outputs, edge cases, and dependencies Gather and organize requirements from technical teams to structure system knowledge Analyze and interpret code to explain system behavior to non-technical stakeholders Develop clear technical and functional documentation Support creation of API documentation for internal and external use Act as a liaison between engineering, product, marketing, and business teams Ensure clear communication and understanding of API capabilities and system behavior Required Qualifications Strong experience working with APIs, including analysis and documentation Background as a Technical Analyst or Business Systems Analyst Code literacy with the ability to read, understand, and explain code behavior Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work across cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Prior experience as a developer transitioning into an analyst role Experience in financial services or fintech, particularly with payments APIs Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) Education: Bachelors Degree
