Summary

Job Title: Senior Enablement Manager - Community
Location: Remote

Job Summary: We are seeking a leader who will drive growth and success for community engagement and field teams by developing and optimizing enablement programs. Our team is committed to empowering field and community managers globally, enabling them to execute on strategic initiatives that foster host growth and superior engagement outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize enablement programs across global community growth and engagement teams.
  • Create and deliver onboarding and ongoing training materials including eLearning, guides, templates, and videos to empower field teams and host communities.
  • Launch and oversee content management systems, ensuring program documentation and educational content remain up to date and relevant.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve training, communication, and enablement strategies.

Experience/Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations, sales, or enablement roles, including management of complex projects.
  • At least 3 years of experience in enablement, learning & development, or instructional design, with proven capability to deliver engaging content.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional environments, applying strategy to execution, and managing new team member onboarding.
  • Proficiency with standard business applications including PowerPoint, Salesforce, Excel, and Google Workspace; familiarity with Highspot is a plus.
