Job Title – Dynamics Analytics Developer (Power BI, Dynamics Reporting)

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dynamics Analytics Developer with strong expertise in Power BI and Dynamics 365 reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming business data into actionable insights by developing dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
· Build and optimize Dynamics 365 reports (CRM, Field Service, or other modules)
· Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Dataverse, SQL, and other sources
· Develop data models, DAX calculations, and performance-optimized datasets
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements
· Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting solutions
· Integrate reporting solutions with Power Platform and Azure services
· Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboards)
· Experience with Dynamics 365 reporting and Dataverse
· Proficiency in SQL and data querying
· Experience with ETL processes and data transformation tools
· Familiarity with Azure data services (Azure SQL, Data Factory, etc.)
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
· Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
· Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power BI Data Analyst Associate)
· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
