Job Overview:
Pay Range: $30.28hr - $34.28hr
  • Manage membership lifecycle activities for large organized customers using enterprise platforms.
  • Ensure accurate data maintenance, compliance, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support contracting, membership processes, and reporting within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain membership lifecycle activities including eligibility, additions, deletions, and updates.
  • Create and manage membership affiliations and eligibility status for customers.
  • Process master data requests according to defined business rules.
  • Resolve membership inquiries and discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor systems and reporting tools to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Manage daily operational tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Access and analyze data using reporting tools and enterprise systems.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records.
  • Support account management teams with contracting and membership activities.
  • Collaborate to improve processes, resolve issues, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines.

Requirements/Must Have:

  • Bachelor s degree.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.

Experience:

  • 1 3 years of experience in membership, contracting, pricing, or related areas.

Should Have:

  • Experience with enterprise systems such as revenue management or ERP platforms.
  • Experience with membership, contracting, or pricing processes.

Skills:

  • Data analysis and reporting.
  • Stakeholder communication and collaboration.
  • Process improvement and compliance management.
  • Critical thinking and decision-making.
