Now Hiring: ServiceNow SecOps & Risk / IRM Engagement Manager
We re looking for a talented ServiceNow SecOps & Risk / IRM Engagement Manager to join our growing team. If you re energized by solving complex challenges, collaborating with smart and supportive teammates, and making a real impact, you ll fit right in.
What You ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) programs
- Manage client relationships, including executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, scope, and outcomes
- Oversee project scope, timeline, budget, and resource planning across multiple workstreams
- Coordinate across technical consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to drive successful implementations
- Provide strategic guidance on SecOps and Risk processes, including vulnerability response, incident response, third-party risk, and policy/compliance management
- Identify delivery risks and drive mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Ensure successful adoption, governance, and value realization of ServiceNow SecOps and Risk solutions
- Support pre-sales activities, including solutioning, estimations, and client presentations as needed
What You Bring:
- Proven experience leading ServiceNow implementations, specifically within SecOps and/or Risk (IRM, GRC)
- Strong project or program management experience (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery)
- Experience managing client-facing delivery teams in a consulting or professional services environment
- Demonstrated ability to engage with and influence senior stakeholders and executives
- Solid understanding of security operations and/or risk management processes and frameworks
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels across complex engagements
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus, but not required
- Consistent, reliable availability and professional accountability
