Overview: We are looking for a Principal Consultant ServiceNow to provide technical leadership and partner closely with enterprise architecture and ServiceNow teams. This role requires deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, especially FSO and CSM, along with strong experience in solution architecture, integrations, and end-to-end implementations. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of experience, hands-on exposure to ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, REST/SOAP), Agile delivery, and proven success in designing and implementing financial services solutions (banking/insurance domains). Experience in IRM architecture, certifications (CIS IRM, Risk & Compliance, VRM), and a strong understanding of ITIL and enterprise data models (CMDB, CSDM) are highly preferred.
Qualifications we seek in you
Experience in ServiceNow IRM implementation
Experience in working in IRM domain out of which some experience in the role of IRM Architect
Experience in ServiceNow IRM design, architecture, and implementations with a fair understanding of ServiceNow IRM model, plugins, and accelerators.
Excellent customer facing skills
Should have worked extensively on ServiceNow Integrations with other external systems
Knowledge of one or more of the following: HTML/CSS, AJAX, Jelly, JSON, AngularJS.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist IRM
Certified Implementation Specialist Risk and Compliance.
Certified Implementation Specialist Vendor Risk Management
Understanding of various regulations like GDPR, ISO etc. (Good to have)
B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / BSc (Computer) / B.E.
Responsibilities
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow technology
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform, specifically with FSO and CSM involving Financial Service Data Model for Banking / Insurance
- ServiceNow scripting experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML and REST/SOAP Web Services.
- Understanding and experience of Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions and all scripted aspects of ServiceNow.
- Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment.
- Experience of ServiceNow solution Implementation (configuration and customization) experience
- Proven experience in at least one design, architect and implementation of FSO solutions involving Financial Data Model, Dispute management, Customer life cycle management, Treasury Operation, Payment operations, Card operations, Loan operation, Claims processing.
- Experience of working in ServiceNow FSO Projects and with experience on Requirements Gathering, Agile/Sprint Planning, Demos.
- Strong background in solution architecture and technical design, with a focus on enterprise architecture, Financial Service Operation (FSO)
- Strong understanding of Enterprise architecture processes and the ability to translate these into technical solutions.
- Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs
- Experience in architecting, solutioning, implementation and configuration of Financial Service Operation
- Experience and expert understanding of key ServiceNow modules and concepts like CSDM, CMDB, Data Models, etc.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving experience, ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities.
- Strong understanding of ITIL and Service Management frameworks.
