Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Lead D365 Analyst-Finance in Oviedo, FL.

Summary:
In this role, you will lead the design, configuration, optimization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM) Supply Chain solutions. You will partner with business stakeholders, implementation teams, and technical resources to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions that maximize standard D365 functionality and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead functional design and configuration for procurement, inventory, warehouse management, planning, replenishment, product management, and order fulfillment processes
* Conduct business process reviews, fit-gap assessments, and future-state solution design
* Promote a configure-before-customize approach, leveraging standard D365 capabilities whenever possible
* Collaborate with business users, consultants, developers, and cross-functional teams to define and implement solutions
* Lead testing, user acceptance, deployment readiness, training support, and post-go-live optimization efforts
* Troubleshoot complex Supply Chain issues involving inventory, warehousing, fulfillment, planning, integrations, and cross-functional processes
* Drive continuous improvement, process standardization, automation, and adoption of D365 best practices
* Evaluate new D365 capabilities and recommend enhancements that improve efficiency, scalability, and overall business value
* Serve as a trusted functional advisor and provide leadership throughout the solution lifecycle

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
* 6+ years of ERP, Supply Chain, and D365 experience, including multiple end-to-end D365 F&SCM implementations
* Proven experience leading the full implementation lifecycle, including discovery, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization
* Experience collaborating with business leaders, implementation partners, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable business solutions
* Deep expertise in D365 Supply Chain Management, including procurement, inventory, warehouse management, planning, replenishment, product management, and order fulfillment
* Strong understanding of Supply Chain integration with Finance, Sales, Production, Procurement, reporting, data, and other business functions
* Skilled in leveraging standard D365 functionality and configuration before recommending customization
* Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, communication, and problem-solving skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
