Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI & Application Development Lead with 15+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in AI-led software engineering, application development, and managed services. This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring someone who can both prototype and implement AI solutions while helping shape a broader AI strategy for Application Development and Managed Services (AD/AMS) offerings.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SDLC.ai practices, GitHub Copilot, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, enterprise AI solutions, AWS, and modern AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on engineering initiatives to accelerate application development using SDLC.ai and AI-augmented software engineering practices.
• Architect and implement GitHub-based development workflows, including GitHub Copilot, GitHub Actions, repositories, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify, evaluate, and drive adoption of AI-powered tools and solutions to modernize AMS support offerings.
• Champion AI-led transformation initiatives across the broader Application Development and Managed Services portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
• Build and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions that address business and operational requirements.
• Provide technical leadership while remaining actively hands-on with development, prototyping, and implementation.
• Help define and execute an AI strategy for application development and managed services.
• Promote engineering best practices around automation, AI-assisted development, DevOps, and continuous delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of IT/software engineering experience, with significant hands-on development experience.
• Proven expertise in SDLC.ai practices and AI-augmented software engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with GitHub, including:
• GitHub Copilot
• GitHub Actions
• Git repositories
• CI/CD workflows
• Development automation
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying enterprise AI solutions.
• Experience leading Application Development (AD) and/or Application Management Services (AMS) engagements.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with modern AI tools and technologies.
• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, DevOps, automation, and modern application engineering practices.
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical enterprise solutions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.

The ideal candidate is a senior, hands-on technologist and AI engineering leader who is comfortable operating in two capacities:

• As an individual contributor, rapidly prototyping and developing AI-powered solutions.
• As a technical leader, defining AI adoption strategies and driving transformation across AD/AMS organizations.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, experimenting with emerging AI technologies, and converting successful prototypes into scalable enterprise solutions.
