Overview

We are seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to lead enterprise CI/CD and security practices supporting ~22 software engineering teams. This role is highly technical and strategic, focused on modernizing pipelines, driving GitHub adoption, eliminating config drift, and aligning with enterprise DevSecOps standards.

Core Responsibilities

Drive migration from Azure DevOps (ADO) to Gitlab repo
Design and optimize scalable CI/CD pipelines across multiple applications
Partner with enterprise DevSecOps teams to standardize tooling and reduce config drift
Implement and govern secure SDLC practices (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning)
Support custom deployment needs and complex release scenarios
Drive adoption of modern engineering practices and tooling improvements

Cloud: Azure (app teams handle IaC, but DevSecOps integrates pipelines)
