Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevSecOps Engineer to lead enterprise DevSecOps initiatives supporting approximately 22 software engineering teams. This role is responsible for driving CI/CD modernization, repository migration, enterprise platform governance, secure SDLC implementation, and DevSecOps best practices across multiple engineering organizations.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience designing enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines, implementing security controls, and enabling engineering teams through standardized DevSecOps platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise DevSecOps transformation initiatives.
• Drive migration from Azure DevOps (ADO) to GitHub/GitLab.
• Design, build, and optimize enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
• Standardize DevSecOps tooling and eliminate configuration drift.
• Implement Secure SDLC best practices across engineering teams.
• Integrate Snyk, SonarQube, and security policy enforcement.
• Develop reusable Terraform modules.
• Support complex deployment and release scenarios.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve delivery velocity, quality, and security.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large enterprise engineering organizations.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
