Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst with experience in AI-driven software development and SpecKit to collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating detailed functional documentation, and supporting Agile delivery using AI-enabled productivity tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, process flows, data mapping documents, and acceptance criteria using SpecKit.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, Agile ceremonies, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Leverage AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and SpecKit to improve requirement quality, traceability, productivity, and delivery speed.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, standardization, and business value realization.
• Work closely with technical teams to understand APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
• Ensure requirements are clear, testable, traceable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across business analysis and software delivery processes.

• Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured technical requirements.
• Strong analytical, documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting functional testing and UAT activities.

Compensation

• Full-Time: $85,000 annual gross salary
• Contract: $50 per hour

Work Authorization

• Full-Time: Visa Independents
• Contract: H-1B candidates acceptable
