Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead Python / Applied ML Engineer to join a cutting-edge team focused on building and enhancing AI-driven Contact Center Insights platforms. This role requires a strong blend of software engineering, applied machine learning, and data science expertise, along with domain knowledge in banking/contact center technologies.
The ideal candidate will design scalable AI solutions leveraging Hybrid RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Natural Language Query (NLQ) capabilities to drive actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and enhance AI-powered insights platforms using Python, Hybrid RAG (semantic + keyword retrieval), and LLM-based workflows
  • Extract, categorize, and summarize insights from large-scale enterprise text and knowledge repositories
  • Apply data science techniques such as EDA, feature engineering, clustering, classification, topic modeling, and sentiment analysis to improve model accuracy and relevance
  • Design experiments, define evaluation metrics, and continuously monitor and improve model/LLM performance
  • Build and implement Natural Language Query (NLQ) interfaces for intuitive data interaction
  • Develop and integrate REST APIs to connect with upstream/downstream systems and enable automated workflows
  • Integrate data sources including Genesys Cloud, Salesforce, and other internal/external APIs
  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards (React + backend APIs) to visualize trends, insights, and KPIs
  • Ensure production-grade deployment with testing, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and operational support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 15+ years of software development experience
  • 3 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML
  • Strong expertise in Python development
  • Hands-on experience with Hybrid RAG architectures and NLQ systems
  • Proven experience delivering production-grade AI/ML solutions
  • Experience with data ingestion and integrations (Genesys Cloud, Salesforce, APIs)
  • Strong knowledge of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data modeling
  • Experience working with structured and semi-structured data
  • Exposure to containerized environments (Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Experience with JIRA, Git, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins/TeamCity)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Wealth Management or Banking domain
  • Prior experience working with Contact Center technologies
  • Advanced expertise in RAG-based AI systems and NLQ interfaces
Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
