Job Title: GenAI Lead Private Alternatives (Financial Services)

• Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions across Private Alternatives investment processes
• Collaborate with investment professionals, business stakeholders, and technology teams to identify and prioritize high-impact use cases
• Design and implement AI-driven tools for:
• Deal research
• Pipeline management
• Due diligence automation
• Portfolio monitoring
• Disposition analysis
• Work with cross-functional AI pods including data engineers, front-end developers, and domain experts
• Ensure AI solutions comply with regulatory requirements, data privacy, and governance standards
• Define and track KPIs to measure efficiency, automation impact, and business outcomes
• Drive scalability and continuous improvement of AI models and workflows across funds and strategies
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and market trends
• Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and rapid prototyping

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field
• 10+ years of experience building enterprise-scale applications, with strong recent exposure to AI/ML development
• Minimum 3+ years in leadership roles, managing cross-functional teams in GenAI or Agentic AI initiatives
• Strong domain expertise in Financial Services, specifically Private Alternatives (Private Equity / Private Credit)
• Proven experience delivering AI solutions in investment management or asset management environments
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable AI solutions
• Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and data governance frameworks

• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages
• Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks and LLMs (OpenAI, etc.)
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, orchestration platforms)
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Apps for AI-enabled solutions
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Strong background in data engineering, feature engineering, and model deployment (cloud/on-prem)
• Experience integrating AI solutions with:

• Knowledge of NLP, generative modeling, reinforcement learning, and agent-based systems
• Ability to optimize, troubleshoot, and scale AI models in production environments
