Summary

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst with strong experience in LMS migration and integration. This role will act as a technical anchor across multiple workstreams, ensuring seamless execution of LMS transition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical design and integration for LMS migration projects
  • Collaborate with HRIS, IT, Security, Learning, Compliance, and vendors
  • Define, document, and validate technical and integration designs
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance standards
  • Support program coordination and ensure alignment with project milestones

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in LMS Migration projects
  • Hands-on experience with SABA or similar LMS platforms
  • Expertise in system integration, data flow, and technical documentation
  • Experience working with cross-functional enterprise teams
  • Strong understanding of compliance and enterprise system constraints

Preferred / Additional Skills:

  • Experience as a Package / Industry Consultant
  • Exposure to Tier-2 ERP / MES systems such as:
    • Infor (BaaN, Lawson)
    • Apriso Flexnet
    • IFS
    • Maconomy
    • Notes/Domino
    • BPCS

  • Local to California candidates only
  • Strong preference for candidates with end-to-end LMS transition experience
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills required
