Job Title: Guidewire Policy Center Business Analyst

Location: Remote (U.S.)

Experience: 8 – 15 Years

Job Summary

Value Technology is seeking an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Business Analyst with strong P&C Insurance domain knowledge to support large-scale policy administration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations, requirements gathering, and Agile environments.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain
Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter
Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
Minimum 1 end-to-end Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Strong experience writing User Stories and managing Product Backlog
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Required Certifications

Guidewire Certification (Specialist / Professional / ACE) – Required
AINS 21 / 22 / 23 / 24 Certifications – Preferred

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders
Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and documentation
Create artifacts such as: Business Use Cases,Process Flows,Data Flows, Traceability Matrices,Report Mockups
Work closely with business teams, developers, testers, and Guidewire consultants, Support issue troubleshooting and resolution
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and obtain sign-off from business stakeholders
Collaborate with SCRUM Masters, Product Owners, SMEs, and Project Sponsors
Provide guidance and leadership to junior Business Analysts

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Policy Administration systems
Strong knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration and workflows
Experience working in large enterprise insurance transformation projects
