Summary

Role: front-line support

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Onsite

Job Description:

Act as the front-line support for central automation platforms.
Handle incidents and service requests via ServiceNow.
Perform troubleshooting using runbooks and guides.
Execute routine operational tasks such as server reboots| restarting services| password rotation| and system checks.
Escalate complex issues to L2 and L3 teams as needed.
Maintain accurate ticket updates and follow SLA compliance requirements.
Essential Skills: The Central Automation Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and ensuring compliance for Automation platform and systems on packaging lines.
This role involves troubleshooting| maintaining| and improving automation platforms| OT and IT systems to meet global regulatory requirements and company standards.

Skills: EIS : PLC Program Development on GE-Fanuc platform

Experience Required: 2-4
