You will partner closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and external platform partners to drive adoption, performance, and ongoing optimization of plugin solutions that enable merchants and partners to grow their businesses.

What you'll do:
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for commerce platform plugins, from concept and requirements through launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Define, prioritize, and maintain a data-informed product roadmap aligned with business goals, partner feedback, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable plugin solutions across target platforms.
  • Ensure plugins meet performance, security, and compliance standards, working closely with architecture, security, and compliance stakeholders.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on commerce platforms, APIs, and integration patterns, and maintain strong relationships with platform partners such as Adobe and Salesforce.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans in partnership with marketing, sales, and customer success, including positioning, packaging, and launch activities.
  • Create and deliver enablement assets such as demos, product training, presentations, and documentation to support internal teams, partners, and merchants.
  • Monitor plugin adoption and performance metrics, gather customer and partner feedback, and translate insights into clear requirements for continuous product improvement.

Experience you'll need to have:
  • 6+ years of experience in product management leading B2C and/or B2B software or SaaS products, with direct ownership of integrations or platform extensions.
  • 4+ years of experience working in eCommerce, digital payments, or related commerce technology domains.
  • 3+ years of experience working with commerce platforms such as Adobe Commerce (Magento), Salesforce Commerce Cloud, BigCommerce, or similar solutions.
  • Experience working with APIs, software development kits (SDKs), and integration frameworks, including defining requirements and collaborating with engineering teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data, define success metrics, and make data-informed product decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting product concepts and roadmaps to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:
  • Experience managing products distributed through plugin or app marketplaces and supporting developer ecosystems.
  • Hands-on familiarity with agile development methodologies, including writing user stories and participating in backlog refinement and sprint planning.
  • Experience translating complex technical concepts into clear business value for customers, partners, and sales teams.
  • Experience delivering product training, webinars, or workshops for internal and external audiences.

How you'll work:

This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
