Kforce has a client that is seeking a Quality Assurance Testing Analyst (100% Remote).
Summary:
Our client, a large financial services organization, is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Testing Analyst to support a system transition within its deposit operations environment. This is a hands-on, predominantly manual testing role focused on end-to-end application and data validation. You will help ensure that data continues to flow accurately from front-end processes to the appropriate downstream systems as the organization transitions between platforms. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and a platform subject-matter expert to develop and execute test cases, validate data, investigate discrepancies, and help ensure the transition does not negatively impact existing business processes.
What You'll Do:
* Perform end-to-end manual testing across front-end and back-end application components
* Validate that data moves accurately between systems and reaches the correct downstream destinations
* Develop, document, and execute test cases supporting the system transition
* Partner with business stakeholders and a platform subject-matter expert to understand workflows, expected results, and potential impacts
* Review JSON files and perform data comparisons and basic lookups
* Write and execute basic SQL queries to support data validation and troubleshooting
* Identify, investigate, and document defects or unexpected system behavior
* Create test diagrams and supporting documentation as needed
* Help verify that system changes do not negatively affect existing deposit-related business processes
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong experience with manual QA and application testing
* Experience performing end-to-end testing across front-end and back-end systems
* Demonstrated experience developing, documenting, and executing test cases
* Experience with Deluxe TRIPS OR relevant banking experience involving deposit operations, item processing, or exceptions processing
* Strong data-validation skills, including the ability to investigate discrepancies across systems
* Working knowledge of SQL for basic data validation and analysis
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to review and perform basic lookups or comparisons within JSON files
* Ability to work independently, take initiative, and dig into issues to identify their underlying cause
Preferred Qualifications:
* Hands-on experience with Deluxe TRIPS Exception Manager
* Experience using qTest to create, manage, or execute test cases
* Broader experience working within banking or financial services technology environments
* Experience creating test diagrams or documenting end-to-end system or data flows
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
