Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
We are seeking an experienced
Measurement Analyst to support critical
oil and gas measurement, data analysis, and revenue allocation processes. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in
gas measurement, FLOWCAL, data validation, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and validate gas measurement and volume data for accuracy and completeness
- Investigate data discrepancies, variances, and balancing issues
- Support monthly close processes and meet reporting deadlines
- Compile and deliver measurement data to accounting and operational teams
- Generate reports and provide technical support for measurement operations
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and measurement standards
- Collaborate with operations, accounting, and technical teams to resolve issues quickly
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement
Qualifications
- Associate degree, technical certificate, or equivalent industry experience
- 2+ years of oil and gas industry experience
- 2+ years of measurement analysis, data validation, or volume accounting experience
- Experience with FLOWCAL, TestIT, and Power BI
- Strong understanding of gas measurement principles and industry standards
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment
