SAPSD/Order to Cash-Sales & Customer Fulfillment F-SME(Hybrid)

• Local candidates will be considered and submitted first. Local candidates are preferred; strong travelers willing to travel Monday through Thursday will also be considered.

The Order to Cash – Sales & Customer Fulfillment Functional SME will lead and design integrated sales and customer fulfillment processes while serving as a functional subject matter expert for Order-to-Cash operations.

The role will provide business process expertise across customer management, order processing, fulfillment, billing, returns, credit management, and customer service. The SME will bring detailed knowledge of current sales, distribution, and customer service processes and help evaluate and align them with SAP S/4HANA capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the functional SME and business process expert for Order-to-Cash, sales, and customer fulfillment processes.

• Lead and support the design of integrated sales, distribution, fulfillment, and customer service processes.

• Provide detailed knowledge of current-state sales, distribution, customer management, and customer service processes.

• Participate in fit-to-standard workshops and evaluate SAP S/4HANA capabilities against business processes.

• Review and validate business requirements, process designs, and functional specifications.

• Identify process gaps and recommend practical solutions aligned with standard SAP capabilities.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to define and validate future-state processes.

• Support integration across Sales, Materials Management, Warehouse Management, Logistics, Sales Planning, and Inventory Management.

• Support testing activities, including test planning, execution, defect analysis, and validation.

• Participate in data migration validation and ensure migrated data supports business process requirements.

• Support cutover planning and readiness activities for sales and customer fulfillment processes.

• Contribute to change management, user training, and business adoption activities.

• Support process documentation and provide guidance to business users and project teams.

• Help ensure integrated Order-to-Cash processes are aligned with business objectives and SAP S/4HANA best practices.
