Job Description:
The Design to Build – Supply Chain & Manufacturing Functional SME will lead and design integrated supply chain processes while serving as a functional subject matter expert. The role will provide business process expertise across supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, warehouse, maintenance, and finance-related processes.
The SME will work closely with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, Business Leaders, and project teams to evaluate current processes, define future-state solutions, validate requirements, and support implementation activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the business process expert for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, Maintenance, or Finance processes.

Provide detailed knowledge of current business processes, requirements, pain points, and operational challenges.

Participate in process design workshops and evaluate SAP Best Practices.

Review and validate business requirements, functional designs, configuration decisions, and process flows.

Collaborate with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, Business Leaders, and project teams.

Identify process gaps and recommend practical solutions aligned with standard SAP capabilities.

Support integrated end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing process design.

Assist with data cleansing and data validation activities.

Support testing, defect resolution, UAT, and business process validation.

Assist with change management, business readiness, and training development.

Support process documentation and provide functional guidance to business stakeholders.

Contribute to implementation readiness and successful adoption of future-state processes.

S/4HANA Finance certification preferred.

|
5+ years of expertise in PP, MM, EWM, QM, PM, Logistics, Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, Manufacturing Execution, and SAP Business Network.

Manufacturing industry experience with strong end-to-end process knowledge.
|
|
4
|
Knowledge of SAP Signavio and SAP Cloud ALM required.
