Job Description
Lead the implementation of a data observability and validation platform, driving cross-functional technical initiatives from planning through execution. Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, architecture, vendors, and customer-facing teams to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and ongoing operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of technical project/program management experience
- Experience leading complex initiatives in large-scale SaaS environments
- Strong IT background with ability to work across development, architecture, DevOps, and vendors
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with project planning, timelines, and reporting
- Familiarity with data pipelines, integrations, and platform operations
- Strong problem-solving and risk management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of data observability or data quality concepts
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
