In this role, you will be the primary liaison between business leaders and technical engineering teams, ensuring that Salesforce and Varicent (Incentive Compensation Management) systems are optimized to meet complex business needs. responsibilities:
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders to analyze and document needs.
- Configure and optimize Varicent to align with business process requirements.
- Perform business system analysis specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Support Agile Product Development cycles and project management.
- Map "as-is" and "to-be" business processes to drive system improvements.
qualifications:
Varicent: Expert level (P4), including configuration and management.
Salesforce: Extensive experience in Business System Analysis and Administration.
Experience: 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
Certifications: Active Salesforce Certifications.
