We are seeking an Associate Desktop Support Tech to provide Level 1 desktop and end-user support in an onsite healthcare environment. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for someone with foundational IT experience who enjoys solving problems and supporting users in person.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 desktop and end-user support for onsite staff
Support walk-in IT requests
Image and configure computers and laptops
Install software, updates, and basic applications
Assist with hardware setup and workstation configurations
Troubleshoot common desktop and workstation issues
Manage and update tickets in a service queue

Required Qualifications

Some IT or desktop support experience (6+ months acceptable)
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple support requests
Comfortable working onsite in a healthcare setting

Preferred Qualifications

Prior help desk or service desk experience
Exposure to Active Directory, Microsoft Office, or device setup
Experience imaging computers or providing onsite end-user support
