We are seeking an Associate Desktop Support Tech to provide Level 1 desktop and end-user support in an onsite healthcare environment. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for someone with foundational IT experience who enjoys solving problems and supporting users in person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 desktop and end-user support for onsite staff

  • Support walk-in IT requests

  • Image and configure computers and laptops

  • Install software, updates, and basic applications

  • Assist with hardware setup and workstation configurations

  • Troubleshoot common desktop and workstation issues

  • Manage and update tickets in a service queue

Required Qualifications

  • Some IT or desktop support experience (6+ months acceptable)

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple support requests

  • Comfortable working onsite in a healthcare setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior help desk or service desk experience

  • Exposure to Active Directory, Microsoft Office, or device setup

  • Experience imaging computers or providing onsite end-user support
