Role : Business Analyst
Location- Sacramento,CA
Onsite 5 days
Key Responsibilities :
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented accurately.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement‑gathering sessions.
• Support project planning, testing, and implementation activities.
• Develop process flows, documentation, and reports to support decision‑making.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test cases and validating results.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
