Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Kore.ai platforms (XO Platform, SmartAssist, Virtual Assistants).
• Experience assessing and documenting heavily customized chatbot implementations.
• Ability to analyze:
  • Current bot architecture
  • Custom code layers
  • Integrations with backend systems
  • Business processes supported by the chatbot
• Experience defining target-state architecture for chatbot modernization or migration.
• Knowledge of alternative platforms such as:
  • Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Azure AI Foundry
  • Google CCAI / CES
  • Amazon Lex
  • Salesforce Agentforce
  • ServiceNow AI Agents
  • Custom LLM/RAG solutions

Key Responsibilities for This Exercise

1. Assess the existing Kore.ai environment
   • Review bots, dialogs, integrations, custom components.
2. Document business capabilities
   • Identify what business functions the chatbot currently supports.
3. Recommend future-state architecture
   • Platform selection.
   • AI/Agentic AI roadmap.
4. Define migration strategy
   • Rehost, refactor, rebuild, or hybrid approach.
5. Estimate migration effort
   • Complexity, dependencies, risks, and timeline.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Banking/Lending domain experience.
• Contact center modernization.
• GenAI, RAG, Agentic AI architecture.
• Cloud architecture (Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS).
• Enterprise integration patterns and API architecture.
