🔥 ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Lead Architect – Automated Testing Framework (ATF) to drive the architecture, development, modernization, and technical strategy of an enterprise automation platform.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader with expert-level Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL, distributed systems, React, and Node.js experience.

⚠️ Important: This is an architecture/platform engineering role, not a traditional QA/SDET position. Candidates should have experience architecting and building enterprise automation platforms/frameworks, not just using Selenium, Cypress, or similar testing tools.

Define and own enterprise ATF platform architecture and technical roadmap
Lead architecture and design reviews
Establish engineering and architecture standards
Drive cloud-native and microservices modernization
Design scalable automation platform services using Java and Spring Boot
Architect RESTful APIs and service integrations
Build reusable automation components, agents, plugins and framework utilities
Ensure scalability, reliability, observability and fault tolerance
Architect modern web applications using React, Node.js and TypeScript
Design enterprise SQL solutions and data models
Perform query tuning and database performance optimization
Drive DevOps, CI/CD and automated quality controls
Lead code reviews and technical mentoring
Support production readiness and release governance
Partner with technology leaders, product owners, QE, infrastructure and business teams
Communicate architecture strategy and technical direction to senior leadership
