Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to support our Salesforce team in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. This role requires strong agile project management expertise and the ability to drive delivery excellence while collaborating across technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs, user stories, and sprint tasks using Jira
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and architects to ensure alignment on deliverables
  • Identify and remove impediments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Maintain project documentation and knowledge artifacts in Confluence
  • Support Salesforce administrative activities including user management, security configuration, and data maintenance
  • Coordinate UAT activities, including test planning and validation
  • Track project progress, monitor key metrics, and provide regular status updates to leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master within Salesforce environments
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) preferred
  • Strong experience with Jira for agile project management
  • Proficiency in Confluence for documentation and collaboration
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform and best practices
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred
