About the Role

The Technical Support Technician I provides front-line support to end users across a variety of technical issues. This position is responsible for identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Respond to support requests via phone, email, and in-person

  • Escalate complex problems to the tenure team members when necessary

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
