Pay Range: $50.00hr - $55.00hr
Job Overview:
The successful candidate will serve as a Python API and Java Developer building enterprise-level applications, integrating APIs with Java systems and databases, and utilizing AI-driven development practices.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of solid hands-on experience using Python, FastAPI, Flask API, and API integration experience building enterprise-level applications and integrating with Java and databases.
- 7+ years of solid hands-on experience using Core Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Db2, NoSQL MongoDB, or Snowflake, including complex SQL, stored procedure development, and performance tuning.
- Experience in AI SDLC, including specification-driven design, AI development, and redesigning workflows using agentic orchestration.
- Fixed Income or Capital Markets domain experience is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a self-driven mindset and a passion for innovation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all stakeholder groups.
Desired Skills:
- Good understanding of Fixed Income, Equity, or Capital Markets experience working directly with business users.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular or React.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot, specification-driven development, AI proficiency, and agentic orchestration of business processes.
