Python JAVA DEVELOPER

Role: Python + Java Developer

Locations: New York, NY (Hybrid Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

F2F Interview MUST

Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 3-4 Days every week. Local or candidates from adjacent states only.

Required Skills:

• 9+ years of solid hands-on experience using Python, FAST, Flask API and API Integration experience building enterprise level applications and integration with Java and DB 
• 9+ years of solid hands-on experience using Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservice
• Hands on experience with PostgreSQL/Db2 or NoSQL MongoDB or Snowflake including complex SQL, Stored Proc development and performance tuning.
• AI SDLC - Spec Driven Design AI development experience, Design/development reimagine workflows using Agentic orchestration.
• Good problem-solving skills, Analytical, Self Driven, Passion for innovation.
• Good communication and presentation skills: ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, across all stakeholder groups and with staff from junior to senior levels
• Experience of Fixed Income or Capital Market project/domain expreince is plpreferred.

Desired skills:

• Good understanding of Fixed Income, Equity or Capital Market expreince working with business users.
• Experince with front end technology - Angular or React.
• Experience with Co-pilot and Spec Driven Development, AI proficiency , Agentic orchestration of business process.
