Summary

Job Description

Everforth ECS is seeking an Enterprise Support Network & Security Architect - Senior to work in Fairfax, Virginia. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities
  • Design and oversee enterprise network and security architectures to support ARNG operations.
  • Develop strategies for secure network segmentation and boundary protection.
  • Establish routing and switching standards aligned with DoDIN and ARNG requirements.
  • Review infrastructure designs for scalability, resiliency, and compliance with cybersecurity standards.
  • Validate infrastructure alignment with STIGs, IAVMs, and RMF requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance to network engineers and administrators.
  • Support modernization initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies.
  • Ensure high-availability connectivity across complex, multi-domain environments.


Required Skills

Required Qualifications
  • Clearance: Secret Eligible required
  • S. Citizenship required
  • DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 651-Enterprise Architect-Enterprise Architect at the Advanced proficiency level
  • Certifications (one or more required): CISSO, CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, GCIA, GCLD, GCSA, GICSP
  • Education: Masters or Ph.D in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in designing and governing enterprise network and security architectures within DoD or Federal environments.
  • Proven experience in developing secure integration patterns and boundary protection architectures.
  • Demonstrated ability to review and validate infrastructure designs for cybersecurity compliance.
  • Experience in supporting enterprise modernization initiatives and evaluating new technologies.


Desired Skills

Desired Qualifications
  • Clearance: Active Secret preferred
  • Experience with ARNG or similar DoD environments.
  • Familiarity with SIPRNet operations and requirements.
  • Strong understanding of DoDIN services and infrastructure.
  • Experience in providing technical leadership within a network operations center.
