Job Description Everforth ECS is seeking an Enterprise Support Network & Security Architect - Senior to work in Fairfax, Virginia. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities - Design and oversee enterprise network and security architectures to support ARNG operations.
- Develop strategies for secure network segmentation and boundary protection.
- Establish routing and switching standards aligned with DoDIN and ARNG requirements.
- Review infrastructure designs for scalability, resiliency, and compliance with cybersecurity standards.
- Validate infrastructure alignment with STIGs, IAVMs, and RMF requirements.
- Provide technical guidance to network engineers and administrators.
- Support modernization initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies.
- Ensure high-availability connectivity across complex, multi-domain environments.
Required Skills Required Qualifications - Clearance: Secret Eligible required
- S. Citizenship required
- DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 651-Enterprise Architect-Enterprise Architect at the Advanced proficiency level
- Certifications (one or more required): CISSO, CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, GCIA, GCLD, GCSA, GICSP
- Education: Masters or Ph.D in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in designing and governing enterprise network and security architectures within DoD or Federal environments.
- Proven experience in developing secure integration patterns and boundary protection architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to review and validate infrastructure designs for cybersecurity compliance.
- Experience in supporting enterprise modernization initiatives and evaluating new technologies.
Desired Skills Desired Qualifications - Clearance: Active Secret preferred
- Experience with ARNG or similar DoD environments.
- Familiarity with SIPRNet operations and requirements.
- Strong understanding of DoDIN services and infrastructure.
- Experience in providing technical leadership within a network operations center.
