Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior o9 Supply Planning Consultant with strong expertise in supply chain planning, o9 Solutions configuration, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and optimizing o9 planning solutions, resolving production issues, and leading configuration consultants.

Required Skills:

• 9+ years of overall Supply Chain Solutions experience.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with o9 Solutions.

• Strong experience in supply planning configuration and workflow modeling.

• Expertise in UI design, action buttons, procedures, and report design.

• Experience with solver performance tuning and planning optimization.

• Ability to refine user stories and resolve complex production issues.

• Experience supporting Client Success teams and business stakeholders.

• Proven experience leading and mentoring o9 Configuration Consultants.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP IBP, SAP APO, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder/JDA, or Oracle SCM.

• Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, and Inventory Optimization.

• SQL, Python, or Data Engineering.

• o9 Solutions certification or related supply chain certifications.
