We are seeking an experienced Application Architect & Data Engineer to support critical enterprise system initiatives. The consultant will work closely with the Enterprise Solution Development team to design, implement, and support robust data and application solutions for complex business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement enterprise-level application and data solutions
Serve as subject matter expert in data management and integration
Analyze business requirements and define technical solutions
Develop and maintain stored procedures, PL/SQL packages, and ETL processes for high-volume data processing
Review development designs to ensure compliance with architecture standards
Perform data analysis and technical documentation
Conduct unit testing, QA testing, and support user acceptance testing
Update system and technical documentation
Provide ongoing knowledge transfer, best practices, and lessons learned documentation
Support production issues, reporting efforts, and application enhancements
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 15 years of experience in electronic data processing systems, analysis, design, and programming
Minimum 15 years of experience as a Solution Architect delivering enterprise-aligned solutions
Minimum 15 years of experience with public pension systems or governmental retirement benefits systems
Minimum 15 years of experience with Oracle 11g, Oracle 19c, SQL, and PL/SQL
Strong experience developing stored procedures, PL/SQL packages, ETL, and large-scale data processing
Minimum 7 years of experience supporting actuarial systems
Experience with Power BI reporting
Experience with Snowflake data storage and analytics
Prior state/government client experience is mandatory

Strong communication and documentation skills
Experience working in highly regulated enterprise environments
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams
